  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions on how to send the product back.
  3.  Package Your Return: Carefully package the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during shipping. Ensure the RMA number is clearly marked on the package.
  4. Ship the Return: Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
